Registration and fees

Participation on the Workshop is open to researchers of the European fusion programme who have been officially nominated by the Heads of Research Units. The names of the participants should be communicated by their Heads of Research Units by 16^th October 2015 via the letter or e-mail to the workshop scientific secretary Duarte Borba (Duarte.Borba@euro-fusion.org).

The registration fee of 300 EUR includes:

• the welcome reception on 29^th November (Sunday evening),
• lunches,
• gala dinner on Tuesday.

Please be sure to quote the delegate (and accompanying-person) name(s) and “EFPW 2015” in the remitter’s message to beneficiary, and make sure that the transfer costs are on your side. The accompanying-person fee of 100 EUR includes: Welcome reception and Gala dinner on Tuesday, but no lunches. This fee is also to be paid at the time of registration, along with the participant’s registration fee.
